Welcome!
Passage: Psalm 25
Today: More than just a coincidence!
15 Now the day before Saul came, the Lord had revealed to Samuel: 16 “Tomorrow about this time I will send to you a man from the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him to be prince[c] over my people Israel. He shall save my people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have seen[d] my people, because their cry has come to me.” (1 Samuel 9, ESV)
Things that look like strange coincidences sometimes happen, but some of them are more than just a coincidence; the above scripture is a proof of at least one incident where God tells prophet Samuel that someone looking for missing donkeys of his dad will end up in the prophet’s house!
God knows where we will be tomorrow, even if we don’t; nothing just happens!
The other day, something just amazed me; I was in a place few miles away from my house. While waiting in my car, another car just pulled up and, they asked me how to go to a certain street. It was getting dark and neither of us saw face to face clearly, at first. As I was about to tell them I was not familiar with that place, I recognized one of them, an elderly brother in Christ. They were looking for a nearby house, for a prayer meeting. I was able to help them out, getting the directions from my phone. God knew in advance that these people would be there at that time, and that I will be there at the same time; amazing!
Before we even get out of our house, God knows everything in advance!
Are you worried/concerned about certain needs in your life? Don’t rush! As we pray and wait, God will bring it so close to us that we can just “catch” it or “walk in”
All we need to do is to keep praying, and keep our eyes open!
Once Jesus sent his disciples to prepare a room for celebrating the passover; He told them that when they enter the city, they will see a man carrying water, and he will guide them to the right place!( Mark 14: 12-16)
Another time, when Jesus was asked to pay taxes, he told the disciples to go and fish, and the exact money for taxes was found in the mouth of that fish! (Mat 17: 24-27)
Jesus was not a magician or anyone like that, who would simply show some tricks when you want; but when the need arises, He is powerful to meet them miraculously!
God is in control of things; He is in control of the world!
When we try to understand God fully with our limited mind, we will fail!
Only the Spirit of God can help us know God as we should!
God has a plan for you and for me; for any area of our life, prayer is the best!
Answers to many of our questions are just a prayer away; don’t get discouraged trying other options, when we can pray it over!
Our weak prayer life is the reason for the weak week; we probably made many wrong decisions and choices in the past, because we didn’t consult God on many things; we can avoid such mistakes in the future by bringing each and every need/situation to God first in prayer, before doing it!
I enjoy writing these messages; if you are sure God does not like you doing some kind of ministry, then don’t do it!
Stay blessed, in God!

Prayer: (Lord), 5 Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long. 6 Remember your mercy, O Lord, and your steadfast love, for they have been from of old. 7 Remember not the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of your goodness, O Lord! (Psalm 25, ESV)
