Welcome!
Today: Being where God wants you to be!
Passage: Eph 6
21 Tychicus, the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. 22 I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you. (Eph 6, NIV)-emphasis added
Tychicus was an Ephesian, a faithful partner with Paul in ministry
He accompanied Paul into Asia together with Trophimus (Acts 20:4).
Tychicus brought Paul’s Epistle to the Ephesians. Paul called him “a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord” (Eph 6:21; Col 4:7).
Paul also sent him to Colossae to encourage the Christian community there. (Also, see ref. in Titus 3:12)
Paul wanted Tychicus to take sone “good news” about him to the people in Ephesus Church. Thank God for Tychicus
God has called some to be “Paul” and some to be “Tychicus”
But many who are called to be “Tychicus” want to be “Paul” and finally become neither.
It is important to be faithful in the role God has called us
Be what God has called you to be and be faithful there
God bless you, you family and your service

Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank you for the servants of God ministering to us in various ways-Pastors, Evangelists, Prayer-s and even those who faithfully clean the bathrooms and floor in the Church. Help me to be faithful. Amen
“Sometimes we need to “push” ourselves to be where God wants us to be; but
at times, we also need to “pull” ourselves because we went too far”
