Ten thousand times!

Welcome!

Today: 10000 times!

Passage: Luke 5 (NIV)

5 Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” 6 When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. 7 So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.  (Luke 5, NIV)

Whenever I hear that song-10,000 reasons (Bless the Lord O my soul), I just praise God

Today, we will look into few instances of Jesus’ miracles

Peter fished all night and caught a boat full of nothing!

This was before Peter became a disciple of Jesus. But later, after walking with Jesus and after witnessing the crucifixion and the resurrected Jesus, Peter went back fishing again; (the nets and the boat were still there, in tact!)

Worked all night; caught nothing! (John 21)

In both instances, Jesus walked into them and did a miracle; the boat was overloaded with fish

Even when we walk in our own ways and fail, Jesus will come and help us!

After witnessing many miracles of Jesus in our own life, don’t we still struggle with many issues?

When Jesus was about to feed the five thousand men and the rest of the people there, say about 20,000 people or so, all they had was the sacrificial offering of five loaves and two fish from a boy there

If 20,000 people should get 1 fish each, there had to be a miracle multiplication by 10,000 times!

It doesn’t matter how big our need is; submit the matter to Jesus. Leave the boat to Jesus. It is O.K

We have to let it go! Leave our concern with God, whether it is about our children, finance, illness or anything like that. As long as we don’t release the matter to God in prayer, God can’t do anything!

Whether it a problem/person in church/work, leave it to God;  God will take care of it

God wants us to be free. When we carry all the unnecessary luggage, we just get tired!

I am sure, you will see miracles in your life in the coming days. Put God and his work first; He will take care of ours!

Have a blessed day!

Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank you for your love, compassion and care. It is because of your love I live and move; you are the reason for all my blessings. I submit to you all my concerns; let me not pick it back again. Thank you! Amen

When we release our issues to God, He will release His blessings upon them
